This rodeo attracts many local youth participants, as well as other youth participants that travel from all across the west; Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, and Idaho. Last year, we had over 200 rodeo contestants; from ages 3 to 18! This is a community and family oriented rodeo, which encourages youth to participate and have fun while doing so.
Parents and Klamath Basin Junior Rodeo committee members are active in volunteering their time throughout the year to make this rodeo a success for the youth who participate. In order to continue with this local tradition, we depend on donations from the community to host this rodeo; it is reliant on the generosity and goodwill of community members and businesses like yours.
We are asking for monetary donations to help us continue the legacy of KBJR being Oregon’s largest one day rode! You and/or your business will be recognized with your name on the program, announcer mentions throughout the day, opportunity to hang your banners or sell product at the event. We also have a silent auction during the rodeo with funds raised from this going back into the KBJR fund, we will be accepting items for this auction.
Donations can be made from $150 to $5,000
